Uhhh, the only one of mine who might suspect something is Hisoka, and only if he talks to Susumu in both forms/disguises more than in passing. If he does, he probably won't confront Susumu, but if he does, I'll try to ping you first |D

I've got two maybes for you. First, Spirit is a detective, and if given enough time he might start to notice cracks in Oisei's facade--if there are any to be seen. But that's dependent upon them spending sufficient time together, and "her" having any tells.

Second, it's not so much the ability to see through the trap, but Ricochet's danger sense will clue him in if Susumu makes any threatening action as either persona--for Oisei, it wouldn't be so much the realization that she's actually a guy, but rather "This chick is more dangerous than she's letting on."

Oisei gives off very girly, sweet vibes...flirty maybe, dangerous not really- unless there is a need for Susumu to break cover...which would tick him off inside badly. But feel free to play off of their interaction. Otherwise, Oisei is a sweet nice girl- not at all like Susumu.
