Loved this. :) You really captured how calm and cool Eliot is both during set-up and execution of the retrieval. You have his voice down pat. Love the technique with the Nerf sword. *g*

(The only Kane-ism I could find was the "C'mon" though it wasn't followed by "gimme a kiss" plus Eliot says it enough on his own.)

Thank you so much, I'm glad you liked it, I had a ton of fun writing it.

The Kane-ism was actually Eliot's alias "Dale Acton." Christian played a character by the same name in a movie called Good Day For It and his movie producer alias from the Stork Job was also named Dale. Putting that comment in about finding the Kane-ism made me realize just how many there were, even the unintentional ones.
