Why is it that whenever I can secure a "yes" from a female after asking them out, I either a) get stood up, or b) get the runaround when deciding on a time or day to go out? The latest case took place Sunday night ( Read more... )

Have you tried the online thing? It's a big busines with people people looking for many people, so I hear. Not a bad idea I wouldn't think. I'm single, and if I continue to be so for years, I'm sure as hell putting my info in.

Perhaps if you went out more often to different places with different people, you might meet somebody really cool. Maybe you should try putting yourself out there more. From what I've seen you tend to hang out with the same people doing the same things. Maybe instead of going to Applebee's for coffee, you could try some coffee places in Richmond, or some other restaurant. There are a lot more cool single people out there than you think. I really think you know how to treat a lady. Just don't be afraid to put yourself out there to a stranger you meet one night somewhere, you never know. What's the worst thing that could happen?! Sorry this is wayyy too long, but I just feel for ya, you know?

well, i don't like bar girls, i don't like clubs/dancing, and i don't do well with others.

EDIT: Applebee's has the best coffee deal. $1.57/free refills all night. I don't generally like coffee places. And everyone already knows I'm not a huge fan of downtown.
