For the second time in my life, I just walked out of an interview with a 95% certainty that I did not get the job and would never hear back from the people involved.

I got past the first interview, and the writing test, to the second interview. However, once I got in there we ended up just chatting about games, almost no discussion of the job position at all. I'm fairly certain they have already made the decision about who they will hire, and they only kept the meeting with me because it was already scheduled. They were cool guys though, so it was fun to just sit and chat with them for a while.
