12 Frida Kahlo Icons. I has contemplated iconing some of her actual artwork, but you how it goes to make an icon that is not a base, and I just couldn't disassemble her work for that purpose. I love Frida Kahlo's artwork
Oh, I do too...which was why I just couldnt believe I hadnt made some sooner. Thank you about the icons, they will be here when ever you are ready.

I think Salma's movie sucks.....
I kinda agree..but only too an extent. The reason is, is I am actually borderline grateful that she even made it. I appreciate that she had originally begged, lobbied, etc...to just be cast in anyone's production, but unfortunately Hollywood just wasnt interested. The fact that she took her own money and initiative to pay homage makes me not hate the movie if you know what I mean. Also, I think at the very minimum it opened up some people who had never even heard of Frida want to go and explore her art.

Have you seen the movie where Ofelia Medina ...
Unfortunately, I havn't yet. I am aware of the movie, and had came across a few still online while searching for nice photos of Frida;so it is definitely something that is now on my to see list (which may I add is just starting to get out of control

Oh, I understand, as I think a lot of icon makers forget that once upon of time, they didnt know how to make them either....we all started somewhere at some point. But, once you start....you will find it's addicting.

Please enjoy anything you may have snagged for as long as you enjoy them.
