Well, things certainly seem to have quieted down recently. There is much less inane babble on the communicators now.

I think someone may have been eaten. Perhaps more than one? I can only hope.

It's sort of mean to think people got eaten because they're not capable of doing something about it. It's also sort of true, though.

I care not for those too weak to protect themselves.

I am faring well. I have not had any significant problems recently, although Ronon Dex was supposed to meet me several days ago and he has not. I doubt he has been eaten; he seemed more than capable. I am displeased.

Both because it's quieter and because of the general incompetence that most of the so-called 'survivors' seem to have.

I dunno, you can never trust those incompetent types...they can be pretty fast if they want to be.

While it is true that those who are incompetent can be fast, eventually their lack of skill catches up with them. I think it likely that this has happened to someone; you may of course disagree.
