my insomnia is back. fabulous.
i am trying to find a way to induce sleep that doesn't
include nyquil-stained teeth & a vicodin nasal drip,
but so far, i'm having no such luck.
i don't like being reliant on anything, so it's a constant
struggle with myself. sleep vs. my integrity.

what the fuck is going on lately? theres just something not right..with everyone around me.
i cant seem to make myself right..with..myself..if that makes sense, and as a consequence, my relationship is in jeopardy because apparently there is only enough room for one head-case in this relationship.
ah, to be honest with oneself and realize that most if not all problems are the product of over-analyzing every petty emotion and occurrence...fixing myself sounds much easier than it feels.

i completely understand where you're coming from, and we should definitely go into further discussion about all this next time i catch you on aim.
i think that i definitely create a lot of the [internal] problems i have with myself, and it's completely unintentional. i can't help but over-analyze, and i am a creature of habit in that respect.
then again, i'm those geeky people who are always searching for ways to self-improve, and it's frustrating to feel like i'm getting nowhere.

80s generation? I came of age in the bad-ass 90s. I don't even remember the 80s.

funny thing is in the marketting materials i've read about "generational demographics," there's talk about seniors, baby boomers, "tweeners" (born in the 1980's, supposedly so sheltered by their boomer parents they have a difficult time handling 'adulthood') and pre-teens, and cildren, etc, etc.
not one mention of "generation x."

Popple. That's fucking great.
As for sleeping, have you tried Melatonin? It's just a vitamin, so it's all natural. If you take it right before you lay down, it sometimes helps you sleep. It worked for me for quite a while. You just can't do it every night or it loses it effectiveness. I take Ambien to sleep. I hate that I need a prescription to sleep, but I try to only use it once or twice a week.
I feel like a freaking zombie all day.
Anyway, since I'm also an insomniac, if you're ever awake and bored, IM me.
