You can do everything there is to do in Orlando in about 5 nights; I'd go utterly mad spending 15 there. (Admittedly my tolerance for theme parks is low.)

I am not a theme park bod either. I think it's the two weeks in the sun, poolside hotel room and interesting food/shopping stuff that appeals :)

Food and shopping not two things I would really associate with it -- I'd go to Miami for those, if I were going to Florida -- but poolside, for certain.
