I didn't know you were an English major. I'm not-so-secretly jealous of English majors. I just want more time to read fiction. I still have slightly-more-secret ambitions to write fiction again one of these days.

Congrats on landing a job you're happy with. That's a hard thing to do these days.

cool....i'm applying for a spot in the ed. dept. here at pelican. i'm not sure if i'll get it, but whatev. if i don't, you're welcome to apply...if you don't mind working for a company that prints equal parts children's books and radical conservative bullshit (see: "Why Jews Shouldn't Be Liberal", "The South was Right!" and it's inconsistently-titled follow-up, "Was Jefferson Davis Wrong?")
