who needs booze when you can get blitzed on 2 or 3 generations of global power, both politcally and finanicially?

well, apparently a young W (cocaine, booze), a young laura (killed a high school classmate while drunk driving), his twin daughters (numereous pubil drunken altercations) and his brother's son (more rehab's and overdoeses than bush family governmental office holders) still need the hooch.
