STScI which is heavy with CS is at Johns Hopkins.

Johns Hopkins has Avi Rubin. Have you met him? (We wrote a paper together, five years ago...) He is probably best-known these days for his work in electronic voting...

CMU has Lori Cranor. While she too was at AT&T Research with Avi and me during summer 2002, I think that she did not like me too much. She has some pretty good ideas, though.

Oh, right, and the obligatory anecdote: CMU misled a friend of mine to believe that she had a job offer with certainty, and the offer turned out to not exist. Her name is in email that I sent you several months ago, if you want to discuss the details.
