Wow, that sounds a lot more interesting than the homily I got. The highlights of that one were the priest asking whether Christmas was a time of giving or receiving, and the congregation being extremely confused about how they should reply (the correct answer is "both", as it turns out). There was also a muddled metaphor about how ants can rebuild anthills better than people, which ended up awkwardly transmogrifying into how the best gift we can give Jesus is ourselves.
