i had to...it feels so weird to comment...but i just had to.
i don't know, tom, i just don't know. i wrote bill and said something along the lines of: just can't help but picturing you as some omniscient being watching us all make comments and posts about this horrifying tragedy...and you're smiling. perhaps not smirking...but something like that. it's YOU for christ sakes!

in any case, i apologize for all the fighting, but hella good it does now, right? i am sincerely glad i met you though...very very pre-livejournal at the Rathskeller circa '98 as well as again four years later via livejournal. it's strange how paths cross like that...whether you believed in that BS or not. everyone's really going to miss you though Tom...i hope you're aware. and all jokes aside, this is just really bad Tom and i couldn't be more sorry it came to this.

I know you won't read this, Tom, but I just wanted to say I'm sorry we lost touch. I really respected you and the conversations we had here on LJ. I pray that Christ is with you. I'm not sure since I didn't get to know you that well. I'll miss you and I hope I will see you again.
