well now I'm not sure that the pessimistic route is the way to go...not to downplay your opinion because I do value it but think about if I can stay positive about this situation (as difficult as that may seem) and he does realize that he wants to leave behind all the "playing" and we live happily ever after (yeah I know it doesn't seem like reality, but ya never know...stranger things have happened). I just feel like I need to be strong, not put my life on hold but let him know that I am here for him, even if it is just as a friend, because he is very important to me. And I really don't think it's Lust per say - there's definitely more to the feelings that I have than just sexual stuff...so I guess we'll see what the future has in store for me...not that anyone can predict it ever...but I'm going to go on my merry way and try to be the best person I can be...hopefully that's enough in life.

Well, hunna. Can't say I can make you feel better, but here's a few things for you to think about. I know what you mean, why isn't "you're the one I love" enough to be a relationship? I think that's the hardest thing I had to learn. An ex of mine and I came to the consensus that we both loved each other but couldn't be together, the timing, situation, and whatnot weren't right. Unfortunately, you can love each other yet not be right for each other or not have all the components that make a relationship work (timing, other situations going on in life, experiences, etc
