I've won the Triptych trophy. My team and me, that is. I'm still kind of stunned.

Bet you (dear reader) didn't even know I had a team. Neither did I, until somebody told me to see the orgs about picking a team name, because apparently several separate entries, mine included, had been stuck together to make a team. I told Ingrid we'd work it out the

sometimes it just happens and it is a joy to be with the group when it does! When Nick, Mik and I where running we had the horrible situation where one person was added to a team of four in two of the sessions but not the other and it was terrible because they were in with a fighting chance so it is good that this year it was not the case - congrats

I heard that we made it easy for them to get the team-matching right by being the only five players pre-registered for all the Triptych games without already being in complete teams. You've previously told me all about that incident with the mixed-up team, which is a terrible reason to miss out on the trophy.

Incidentally, it's interesting that they chose to award the Diptych trophy without actually having an eligible team. Maybe it's in consideration for Random's game not being clearly marked as a Diptych event. Really, the Diptych should have a dedicated page if they want to elevate it to (or near to) the status of the Triptych.
