I think I've mentioned before that I am a Quickflix subscriber. On my queue at the moment is the Spooks Season 2 boxed set. I have previous received disks 1 and 2 of the set, which has allowed me to watch episodes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Then I received disk 3, which had episodes 8, 9 and 10.

Apparently Quickflix has tried to switch editions, but haven't

Just remember, they don't work for Quikflix because they have the capacity for being brain surgeons.

Netflix in the US would run smoothly all the time, unless I started watching movies above what they considered a reasonable amount, and then stuff like you mention here starts to happen. Netflix offered 3 discs out at any time, at $20 a month, with unlimited hires. (Which was comparable to the Blockbuster rental deal.) However, if I actually did return more than 3 discs in a week, then within a month I started getting scratched discs, discs of stuff that I didn't ask for, and various postage delays. So once I worked out what they considered a reasonable rate was, I stuck to that. It was still a great deal.
