The Final Frontier?

I found out recently that Star Trek : The Experience in Las Vegas will be closing down on September 1st this year. I haven't gotten around to going yet, and I'm thinking about going on this minivacation, maybe Thursday the 21st or Friday the 22nd. Anyone interested?

I remember going to that a long time ago. I think I was in high school. It was pretty fun. I got to shout Klingon warrior greetings to the actors in makeup. Actually, I could do that at Great America when Paramount still owned and ran it. But the atmosphere at the Star Trek: The Experience was more fitting.

It's funny when you eat at the restaurant there. They have a stack of onion rings called the Holy Rings of Betazed. I also ordered Nelix's pipius claw and got stuffed porkchops.

I think they had a ride like a shuttlecract that was similar to the Star Tours ride.

Road trip sounds fun, but I don't think I could get the time off so soon.
