Hi BJ, great pics- mum, dad, martin and shay here, enjoying the scenery after one of mum's great thai seafood soups... segue - what's the food like!!?? You know the food-love is important, so send us some juicy details ok ;-) Lots of love, shay. Hi Hi :) The food is pretty good, depending where you are, pretty simple otherwise.. its much nicer to make your own then, beans and rice are easy to spice up a little more than they do in the restaurants.. Altho Ive found some really nice places along the way. An excellend Indian place - Om Cafe, in Bocas del Toro.. and the incredible chicken sandwhich from the chicken man on the corner in Bocas.. :) Will see what I can do about the photos.. will hopefully be able to send a package home soon! Lots of love!!
