so for those of you who don't know, jill and I finally found an apartment. it's right around the corner from where we live now, on comm ave (we'll have to get used to the B-line) right at washington st. we're literally like a 10 step walk from the T, which is awesome. but even more amazing....guess who our new neighbor is

amazing. and i'm sure they love it even more when you call for delivery that close and use credit card at the same time. "I wanna use a credit card..." "*siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* what's the number?"

well at least that's what we always get from them everytime we use our cards.
