I resort to pictures to make a point.
See, every time there's a public shooting, and it happens a lot in this country, there's some idiot on the news claiming the whole thing could have been avoided if only everyone carried a gun. This argument sends me into fits of rage. For one thing, it's insensitive and borders on blaming the victim(s) for getting shot. More importantly, there is no fucking logic to it. To help illustrate this, I commissioned the above comic from foomanchoo, creator of the popular, awkwardly-named web comic, I Am Have A Comic.
