Strange how everyone makes use of a water park when the mansion ... forces it upon the populace, but rarely make use of the pool that is available all year.

The population are fickle and seem to think that the fact that the water is running down slides makes all the difference.

Personally, I stay away from the pool because the last time I was near it, a monster nearly ate me.
That said, as long as no one's splashing any water at me, I could care less what they're up to.

We share the same sentiment. Except, in my case, it wasn't "nearly."
You could easily change their water park into a shaking rink.
