I feel disempowered by everything.

I feel like I have no political power.
I feel like I have no control over my life.
I feel like I have no financial power.
I feel like I should be more politically and socially involved, but there's all this stuff precluding me from doing that, and that, too, is disempowering.

I just feel like I can't affect anything right now -- at least anything that I want to affect. The only power that actually feels at my finger tips is the power to do negative stuff like make people feel bad, but that doesn't make me feel empowered at all.
