PAST NOTES:
- Subject [1] was in lab the time of the explosion and was doused in a number of different chemicals (SEE: 3/12 records). These chemicals somehow reversed the aging process of his body and set him back (solely in appearance) to near Nibelheim era. Research for antidote began.
CURRENT NOTES:
- Antidote formed and injected into the bloodstream of Subject [1]. No change. Proceeded with examination.

*EXAMINATION RESULTS.
- Blood test. Skin cell test. General physical examination.
- Though the physical makeup of his genetics remains as it always has been, the antidote injected into his bloodstream did not work. Instead, it seems to have reacted negatively with the chemicals already present, and it's caused a permanent halt in his aging process (SEE: POST-NIBELHEIM RECORD - VALENTINE, VINCENT). The cells in his body are no longer growing or changing the way they normally would in every other human being, which indicates that the antidote merely enforced what the chemicals already instated.

[CON] Subject [1] is unable to age. Physical appearance only; no effect on his current or past memories. Monitor subject closely for side effects of both antidote and chemicals.
