This actually mirrors a journal entry I wrote a few nights ago, and ironically (maybe?) I came to the same conclusion, even as to physical fitness, hence my walking the dogs separately and more than once a day.
I would wish you luck, but I know that you do not need it. You have your mind set for something and you will achieve it. Congratulations.

It didnt make me as happy as i thought it would, but it relieves stress, because now i dont have to think about how fat i am all the time!!! the attention is mostly unwanted. still trying to be less and less fat.
motivation is good, although i hope you're not calling me a terrible loser! ;P

My big thing with wanting to lose weight, is that this country doesn't take fat people as seriously, reguardless of their qualifications, intelligence, etc. So I'm actually also doing this for my career.
Also, it'd be nice to be able to attract girls without having to use my personality. To just have some chick see me from across the bar, and hope that I come talk to her.
