Had a jazz pianist friend round today, he gave me a demo on the piano and we chatted about some interesting stuff for a while...reiterated to me how much time and effort would be needed to get my head around jazz

Are you just now learning jazz after studying classically? That's no easy task- but, it's well worth the challenge and the enhancement of creativity! Good luck.

More of a case of not trying to learn jazz because I'm aware that it's no easy task!

It is on the "to do" list though, for some point in the future...
