I broke my butt.

For almost half a year, I was good at keeping an exercise regimen. I have suffered from back/knee and hand joint pain time to time, and I wanted to reduce this. Oh! Poor butt!

Working out is good. Stretching might help too! Try holding some stretches for 20 seconds or longer.

heykidzcomix pointed me to a few stretches to do, they feel like heaven, even if it hurts so good. (lol)
