At the sound, the lumbering hulk of flesh that was once a naval officer turns and begins shuffling slowly towards Armand, mumbling something that might be "Brains."

Armand's eyes widened, and he started backing away nervously. "Are you well?"

Once Andy's turned towards Armand it's probably obvious that he's not alright. What with the numerous, oozing wounds and the hole in his head. The question's a bit too complicated for him to actually answer, he just continues shuffling towards Armand and muttering.
