as i lay dying is like reading a really long poem that a toothless 8 year old would have said right into yr ear, whistling & combing hairs. it was kind of hard to read, but it's easy to like making sense of the colloquial of illiterate southern sweet bears basically. my grandmama gave it to me & it's making me sad. it says the most beautiful ( Read more... )

im really excited about these beautiful hardbound copies of catch-22 & the stranger that my brother & sister gave me today. my aunt gave me a confederacy of dunces, cos she knows everything thus everything id like, & the gashlycrumb tinies too. it's the sweetest miniature book in the world. it's an a to z book about children with funny names ( Read more... )
