Terrorism 101

I hate how the media and government use that word so freely and so frequently. It's become a tool to steer thoughts in a certain direction. I wouldn't necessarily call these people "terrorists" either...they have their objectives and their believes (which, obviously and sadly, are NEVER recognized) and they choose to use "acts of terror" as a way ( Read more... )

yea....... so true so true. Having a word like "Terrorist" in play also makes the "war on terror" a bit easier to justify..... especially because every other reason we went overseas has turned out to be completely bogus and unfounded. Its the last thing that holds the veil allowing people to ignore how wrong and tyrannical our course of action has become.

Don't tell them that these are real people too.... Im not sure they'd know how to take it.... who knows, the whole nation might just fall into an even deeper state of ignorance.......

It's sad because it's so obvious that everyone knows whats wrong. Everyone knows of the tyranny that exists. Or maybe they don't? Has the world really grown that ignorant or are they choosing to ignore it?

I don't understand either way.

well.... when you live inside a little american ticky tack box, go to work every day, come home after, every day, and drink beer and watch the tube.... it gets to be really easy to believe what they want you to..... or to gain some false sense of this stuff only happening inside your television ( ... )

p.s. These are also the people who re-elected George Bush that we're talking about.... of course they dont see whats really happening.
