i'm diggin this song SO hard right now. extremely upset i didn't get to see them thursday night. wtfffff that would have been epic. can't handle it. am trying not to think about it. it's notttt working haha.
i have listened to it over 40 times just in just the past week. playing it over and over and over. it's so disgustingly beautiful. and even though the lyrics aren't obvious, i still totally get what their saying haha.

i'm really into that sound. i'm too tired right now to even pretend to come up with a term. the layering of voices -long drawn out notes- over strong downbeats. it's like slow and melodic, but still driving. it's so amazing to me.

I hate missing out on seeing bands so I know how you feel. I should have seen Fleet Foxes when they toured but noooooooo I missed it didn't I?
