you should just know that sleeping from 4-5 isn't giving you anything extra. You need at least 90 minutes I think for REM sleep

yeah the 8 hours of sleep you need you need to get together, not separate. i sugest moving the homework up to when you go to bed and go to bed slightly later.

1) what are the chances that you're body will actually let you go to sleep at 5 and wake up at 1?

2) your environment might not let you

i mean you can try it; it might just not work.
