Rob, this is serious. Do not allow yourself to become EMO. We already have one person who has fallen into that trap. I only say this because I see it on the horizon. Do not let yourself be caught off guard.

The Dream Songs are literature, dude, and fairly respectable literature at that. John Berryman was not so much emo as totally insane and somewhat alcoholic. You should be glad I'm not into the Romantics, they're like, the metaphysical wellspring of all melodramatic goth-ness.

John Berryman is the anti-emo; give me a break.

I would also venture, my dear, to say that he was rather totally alcoholic and somewhat insane. (And completely brilliant.)

Besides, I think that "emo" by nature is precluded by artistic merit.
