Well if you define universal so absolutely I'm pretty sure that there is probably no universal human experience at all outside of birth and death, one of which we can't remember and the other we can't talk about afterwards. Still, isn't there something universal about the human capacity to organize, and in abstract sense of organization form societies? What's more there are common forms of communication and such I would think.
