Exult vs DOSBox

So I tried both. Exult isn't 100% accurate. In the beginning of the game in Trinsic, when you step into the murdered man's smithy, you hear the Guardian laughing. You do not in Exult

I gave DOSBox a shot today, too.

So slow. And there really isn't any comfort zone that I could find between "so slow you want to die" and "so fast you can't do anything at all."

Plus it looked /way/ worse in DOSBox than in Exult.

So Exult wins for me, too, even though there's some stuff that you can't do in it.

I forgot what a shortage of shoes there was in Britania as of Ultima 7.

I think Trinsic has 90 percent of the leather boots in the entire game.
