I think I want to quit my job. I dont understand it, I dont get why we do some of the things we do, I dont know how to explain it to our customers because I myself have no F***ing clue. I dont want to have to spend 45 minutes of my life talking in a circle only because I have nothing else to say and then have people be frustrated with me because I ( Read more... )

If it's bothering you that badly, I'd start looking around -- carefully -- for another job. Just make sure you don't quit this one until another is lined up! My daughter's boyfriend lost his job, and even though he's a certified electrician he's having a hard time finding anything.

You know the job itself is the hard thing. It doesnt relly bother me, that was the rantings of a bad day. The company I work for really cant be beat, and its just there are times when I sit there and I wonder what the hell am I doing here, I dont know any of this!! But I was warned about that from the beginning, I just never really expected it you know?

I do know ... I feel very much the same way about my job, and I've been here 17 years!
