Teatime has a penchant for surrounding himself with easily-controlled idiots with special skills, and Cirno was his first idiot in Mayfield. Though he calls her "friend," those who really know him know that "friend" really means "minion to be disposed of when they outlive their usefulness." He just hopes she doesn't learn that until it's too late.

A bothersome little Quirmian idiot who is most definitely in Teatime's Hate Diary. It really doesn't take much to get into the Hate Diary, but France likes to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Another "friend," Teatime, in his own twisted way, is actually rather fond of the girl. He has an innate respect for authority figures, and you can't get much more authoritative than an empress. Of course, he's still manipulating her-- she has magical powers that he would very much like to use for his own gain-- he just feels a bit more... reluctant about making her go away.

The most hate-hate relationship ever crafted by man. Every fiber of Teatime's body is dedicated to hating Susan. Every thought in his corkscrew of a mind, some way or another, pertains to making her life as miserable as possible-- though, in reality, the reverse happens more often than not. He wants to see her scream and cry and say she's sorry for all the nasty things she said to him. He wants her to see her bleed. And he would rather die in a flowerbed than let her see any sign of weakness.
However, it's still 2-0. For an Assassin, he's really not that good at this revenge business.

Margot almost saved his life. That is the complete opposite of what usually happens. And, like the affection-starved child he is under all the stabbity-stab and murdery-murder, he has latched onto this as concrete proof that she digs him, and thus most likely spends the nights he doesn't spend outside Susan's bedroom window outside of hers. Teatime isn't really good with girls. Or men. Or people.
tl;dr: Teatime has a crush on a lesbian. What is his life.

As a stoic blonde, Alice is unfortunately automatically in Teatime's "let me bother this person until they kill me for the good of mankind" mental category. He probably does weird things with her dolls when he thinks she's not looking, too.
