Special Challenge 4: Community Headers and Icons
We haven't done one of these special challenges in a while, so I thought we should kick off spring 2015 with something special!
This challenge is for community header (banner) and icon entries. The main rule is that the community name, trekicontest, MUST be on the icon and header. Other text is okay, but the name needs to be there to identify us! Other req's are below.
NOTE: This is an extended challenge - this is not the next weekly challenge. This will be open for several weeks.
Header Challenge
RULES:
- You may enter up to 3 (three) headers for this challenge.
- Only members may enter.
- Use screen captures or promo/actor images.
- Headers MUST include the community name, trekicontest, on it in some form. Feel free to add your own catchy sub-title or any extra text.
Header specs:
- Headers cannot exceed 700 x 500. Anything in between is fine.
- Animation, brushes, text, any caps are allowed.
- All headers must be original.
- Headers must remain anonymous until after voting.
- Submit your headers to THIS post in a screened comment with URL and image.
Community Icon Challenge
RULES:
- You may enter up to 3 (three) icons for this challenge.
- Only members may enter.
- The same cap may be used more than once provided the crop is significantly different.
- Use screen captures or promo/actor images.
- Icons MUST include the community name, trekicontest, on it in some form. Other text is allowed.

- All icons must fit LJ req's: 100 x 100, 40k, and PNG, JPG or GIF format.
- Animation, brushes, text, any caps are allowed.
- All icons must be original to THIS challenge.
- Icons must remain anonymous until after voting.
- Submit your icons to THIS post in a screened comment with URL and image.
