Guidelines for the Spring 2011 Exchange!
Welcome to the Spring 2011 Exchange!
GUIDELINES:
You can submit the form up to 3 prompts. If you submit more than one form, you are committing yourself to filling more than one prompt! 1 form = 1 fill, 2 forms = 2 fills etc. Please keep that in mind.
For this exchange we will be excepting fics, art and graphics(ie. icons, banners, manips). These are the minimums:
Fic: at least 1000 words
Icons: a set of at least 5
Fanart: a completed coloured drawing
Graphics/Banners: 2 banners/manips
Remember, at least 1 person in your request must be related to the Trek RPF world. Any people from the Trek RPF world are allowed. TOS, TNG, Voyager, Enterprise, Startrek XI, producers, directors, whomever.
Everyone will post their fills directly to the community!
Note: ALL Comments will be monitored to keep all identities a secret.
TIMELINE:
January 15: Signups open
February 2: Assignments go out.
February 28: Last day to drop out.
March 1: Progress check-in and pinch hitter assignments go out.
March 15: Last check-in and posting date selection
March 20: Members can begin posting fills
