Oh god I loved this! Zach dressed in red swim trunks and aviator sunglasses... Guh. He was so snarky hot in this. And Chris was just so damn charming.

Also, Pinto out frolicking in the sun playing volleyball... Headcanon bb!

And the pr0n? Epically hot. I smell a sequel (and aloe gel :))

AHHHHHHHHHH!

From the hilarious title on down, this was magnificent! I am such a lucky gal.

OK, trying not to froth at the mouth. Stuff I loooooved:

- TOG GUN REFERENCE ilu

- Bonus! John & Zoe showing up (in swimsuits, no less. Rowr @ Zoe's red bikini)

- Underwater headstand! <3

The volleyball was really well described - sport is so tricky to do in print! - I could taste the sweat and sand.

- “Why don’t you hold off on the trash talk until you win us a few more points,” John muttered.
I felt that withering look, Cho. Be easier on the poor boy!

- At one point he and Zach went up in the air, chest-to-chest on either side of the net as Zach tipped the ball.AHEM *fans self ( ... )

YAAAAAY! i'm so glad you liked it :-D i had so much fun thinking about top gun as i was writing this and hearing the soundtrack in my head. not to mention imagining zach and chris on the beach..yummmmmmm.

The volleyball was really well described - i'm so relieved to hear this - i was really nervous about writing the sports stuff - in fact, somewhere i have a star trek baseball AU that is lying abandoned because i could never make myself write the sports parts, even though I love baseball (and know basically nothing about beach volleyball, lol!) anyway, in the end it wasn't as hard as I'd expected and was pretty happy with it, so i'm glad you agree!!! :-D

aww, thanks, you are too kind :-D i'd be okay writing baseball, but the problem is that i want the plays to advance the plot, so there's a lot to think about...but i'll let you know if i ever get my act together to finish it, for sure!
