Update on the Babies!

Well, while yesterday was a cry fest for me, because my little girls were so sad by all the tubes and IVs and the constant exposure to the bili lights, and you could see it in their little eyes and on their faces; today was MUCH better ( Read more... )

That's great news! Hopefully, your little Leos can go home. I remember when William was in the NICU. He was huge compared to the other children.

I think the feeling in NICU varies depending on the children in it. When I was there, none of the kids were really at risk, they just needed care to get big enough to leave.

The NICU here currently has several babies in it half the size of one of my little ones; born between 24 and 26 weeks of gestation... their parents are hovering over those isolettes.

I would say most definitely by the end of August... but I am being hopeful and shooting for two weeks. :)
