It all started several years ago when I received a toaster as a gift. I really wasn’t sure what to do with it, but I had seen several people put them on their kitchen counters as decoration. Recently there have been some very disturbing occurrences involving the toaster.
I pressed a large black lever that was on the toasters side and that is when all the trouble began. The toaster became very angry and began to glow. I could swear it was even getting hot. I left the toaster alone for a few days and didn’t tell a soul. To be truthful I was a little scared! When I returned to the toaster and tried the handle, it happened again. I read somewhere that ancient civilizations made sacrifices to angry spirits. I decided to do the same. I pressed the toasters handle once again and the anger returned. I made an offering of bread; only because it fit in the toaster’s slots. At first it seem to please the toaster but what came next was horrifying!!! The toaster rejected my offering by spitting it back at me. It was burnt around the

Strange gift indeed. Some decades ago I heard of a similiar gift bestowed upon one of our clan members living in coastal Connecticut. Seems that a relative had left him a taffy pulling machine in her will. For weeks it sat in the chantry being regarded with equal parts fear and exhaltation. What was this strange contraption and how could it further our thaumaturgies? And who would clean it
