Have you spoken to the second contractors about the damp floor? I thought they guaranteed their work?

As Oogby has pointed out to me this morning, there appears to be a design flaw with the pump. It uses a floating ball as a trigger for when to flush water away, and there is a ledge in the pump's housing that occasionally prevents the ball from raising high enough.
