This is sort of a reverse permissions post in which you tell me what is okay for Castiel to do/know in regards to your character(s). Since he's a mighty morphing power angel, he's able to dip into the minds of humans and supernatural creatures alike. Though he's at a point in his timeline where he'll restrain himself, it's good to know whether you're okay with it in the event of it being relevant to a plot. Also, it's not a pivitol part of his character, but I don't want to step on any toes by assuming I don't have to ask.
Generally, taking a minute to fill out this form is just really going to help everyone out in the long run :]

Is it plausible for Castiel to read your character's mind?: Do they have canon mental blocks to keep telepaths out? Do they have a different sort of mental set-up, such as an android's informational databanks? Are they a telepath who could kick Castiel out of their mind? That sort of thing.
For the mun- Is it alright if Castiel reads your character's mind?: This can be a case-by-case thing if you don't want to give me free reign. Since it's not a huge part of Castiel's character, you can feel free to contact me for plotting anything relevant to it.
Anything in your character's past that would be particularly relevant to Castiel?: Ever lived through the Apocalypse? Killed your own father in the worst show of sin possible? Been brainwashed and molded into the perfect little soldier once you started showing individuality and emotions? If you think you may have something here, feel free to mention it and we can see whether it'd be important to Castiel.
