Over the past few days, I've had a lot of conversations with politically-minded individuals. The conversations mostly go like this:
"What the fuck? Am I missing something?"
And:

A few nights back, I had a conversation with my dad. Biden had just been named the nominee for Democratic VP, so it must've been Monday or Tuesday. I was going to the Target in Marble Hill, and thought it was late enough in the evening for quiet. Very little traffic on the avenue, very little traffic on the elevated 1 line. Ahhh
This nomination almost makes up for the previous 8 years. I know there are some that are disappointed it was not Hillary, but Hillary, like our current president, would have been a continuation. We need a new direction. Women will have their day, but Hillary wasn't the answer--it'd be like "the butler did it" solution in a mystery novel. Too easy. ( Read more... ) -

Txt at 3AM
Fuck Hillary's 3AM phone call... It's one thing to just answer the phone at three am, but apparently Barak Obama is so 'on' at 3am that he can TEXT from his Blackberry.
Unless he was coked out of his mind at three am. I mean, the only time I get txt messages THAT early is when a friend is drunk or high.
