Lol! I've got a similar problem, but the weight is mostly up, I keep on gaining and dropping the same 10 pounds. Every time I think it's time to get something bigger (dear lord- PLEASE, no!), I drop that 10 pounds and get excited that I may be able to revisit some of the smaller ones that I have hung onto in hopes of dropping closer to 20 pounds. I've a few bras that NEARLY fit. They have a tendency to rise up. I recently begun resorting to somewhat tight tank tops. They're a bit small to be decent in public, but tight enough that when tucked into my jeans, things stay pretty well in place; I move much too slowly for BOUNCE to come into play creating an embarrassing amount of agape men, thank God!

First, let me say: ICON LOVE!!

I hate bra shopping, almost as much as shopping for jeans or shoes. However, sometimes it just has to be done. :p

I like your t-shirt solution - I've sometimes wondered if several layers of plastic wrap would have the same effect, but then figured that with the amount of wrap I'd have to buy, I might as well get a bra.... LOL

The experience was pretty painless, actually. The shop is a specialty place and they only have bras and panties and mastectomy-related products. I was in there for an hour and was fitted to within an inch of my life. But in the end I bought 3 bras (2 underwire and one not) for the cost of what I expected to pay for 2 of them ("specialty sizes"). I don't know whether to be thrilled I got a good deal or appalled that I consider that price to be a good deal...
