hallo.
u, in holland...
16 to drink 5% alcohol, so basically beer and wine...
and 16 to smoke cigarrete, and any other smoky thing.
18 to drive
to drink anything(and there is lots to drink)
and to smoke hash, so....
no love, the legal age is 18.
