Just imagine what MY stash of stuff will look like in another 26 years or so!!

I don't know where you live these days but I would love to look through the buttons. I'm also interested in any velvet- or upholstery-type fabrics.

I know..........I know.........but how do you think these stashes of stuff get so big????

I'll look through all of it once I get it, and if I find anything I'll be 'sure' to let you know. I still live down just a bit north of Monroe, but it's easy enough to mail buttons or patterns if need be. Or, once it gets here and I have it a smidge sorted you'd be welcome to come down and peruse it yourself if you'd like.

My oldest daughter is buying a house (FRIDAY, if all goes well) right in Monroe and right now she lives in Brownstown. I'm sure we could arrange some kind of meeting.

Thank you for not landfill/wasting that stuff.

Well I hope the house thing goes off without a hitch. Let me know when you'll be down this way and I can set up a get together.

UPDATE: We received the bins o' stuff tonight. There are regrettably no buttons, nor heavy fabrics. It's a lot of sewing and cross stitch and some quilting items. :)
