No power last night and a free recipe

Yesterday, at about 815 pmish I had just pulled dinner out of the oven, it was a lovely chicken n zucchini casserole and jessica had been home maybe 10 minutes, when bam, i heard a pop outside and the apt went dark. so we scrambled around lighting candles.....i happen to like candles and therefore had a lot of them to light
