I think October is the absolute best month for writing.
Not, you know, that it's October yet, strictly speaking. But the weather has started to shift into that perfectly October-y weather that makes early mornings actually worth seeing, and thunderstorms that make you want to go run around in them all night.

And, that's absolutely ridiculous, because I'm actually still in the middle of a book right now, and it is its sequel that I'll be writing for NaNo, and so I really can't start work on the second story before the first is finished... Well, at the moment (with college all newly started for the semester) I've been only slowly writing in my current project (not the steampunk one, I kinda...ran out of steam...where that one's concerned), and I've been doing a lot of editing, but not on my own work. So, today I woke up at just after five. It's almost midnight now...Ugh. Planning for World Steam Expo!
Figured out how to do a Gibson Girl hairstyle yesterday, which inspired an impromptu photo shoot! These are just some of the things I'll be wearing at World Steam Expo this year...at least, I think. I'm still working on accessories, so things are a bit bare in that department...
