Suffering is an essential part of life. Without challenges there would be nothing to make us seek something better. If suffering did not seperate the strong from the weak, there would be nowhere to go but down. If fires and storms never destroyed the land, then stronger things couldn't take their place

you're so right. life is a never ending cycle of suffering, and with that suffering comes everything we have today
and there's so much to it it's overwhelming to think about it

It isn't all suffering, but it is an important part. Sort of like how Calcium isn't all that Milk is made up of. But without it what would be the point of drinking it?
